Let’s go back to our childhood for a bit. To the endless hours spent playing with mud and perfecting the skills of soiling our clothes with the oily clay-rich substance. Thanks to that, we are all experts in knowing how mud behaves and flows. Will it be the same on Mars and in other worlds within the solar system, though? How little does it take for mud to start flowing like lava, levitating above the surface, rising like bread dough or flowing differently each time?
