Did you know that a salmon can be "flexitarian"? Today, a salmon eats much more vegetables than it did 30 years ago. In recent decades, there has also been a rapid increase in global aquaculture - so more fish feed is needed. An important challenge in aquaculture is therefore to find more and new sustainable protein sources that can be included in the feed. Fortunately, there are many alternative ingredients, which you can learn more about in this lecture.
