We have thousands of small molecules in our blood. Their concentrations are closely linked to our current and future health. Machine learning methods, using the dataset of such concentrations collected from patients and healthy individuals, can find specific molecules (biomarkers) that can be used for diagnosing or predicting diseases of other individuals.

My work focuses on ensuring the accuracy of such methods and making such methods applicable to different datasets.
